Re-engineering in a bid to improve Service Delivery

The State Department for Petroleum held a workshop in Mombasa where five processes were prioritized for re-engineering in a bid to improve service delivery.
The five, .part of 18 services identified for re-engineering by the State Department, include licensing of open petroleum blocks, processing payments to suppliers and resolution of public complaints.
